CHOCOLATE NO BAKE SHAKEOLOGY BALLS:
You will need:
8 TBSP PB2 ( powdered peanut butter, you can order from Bell Plantation)
3 TBSP natural peanut butter
1/2 cup Chocolate Shakeology
3 TBSP raw/organic honey or agave nectar
1/2 cup quick oats
Instructions:
1. Prepare PB2 as instructed on label (mix with water until it has a peanut butter-like consistency.)
2. Add PB2 mixture with the other ingredients in a bowl and mix well. (If it’s too sticky, add more Shakeology until it’s a dry, crumbly texture.)
3. Roll the mixture into golf-ball sized individual balls and place on wax paper. You should be able to make 10–12 balls. Put into freezer until firm. (5–10 minutes will work!)
